From posting "Physical Basis for Pattern Processing in the Human Brain" [1992 SEP 01] by Philip L. Stocklin which is about a hypothesis that how the brain works is via the translation of data that is configured in the form of microwave energy. Plus there are two other publications that Philip L. Stocklin has been involved with including one that he worked on with his brother--Brain F. Stocklin that are about how the brain uses an ability to manipulate energy configured in the form of microwaves.
The work that the Stocklin brothers worked on together is called "Possible Microwave Mechanisms of the Mammalian Nervous System" and appeared in T.-I.-T. Journal of the Life Sciences, 1979, Vol. 9; https://europepmc.org/article/MED/545749 . This is the paper that Judith Wall refers to in her letter.
Then, also, Philip L. Stocklin obtained the United States Patent Number: 4,858,612 on 1989's August 02nd for a "Hearing Device" which, from what I can gather from what I have read: https://patents.google.com/patent/US4858612A/en is a way to make a hearing aid that skips the audio frequency range of sound and uses a person's brain's microwave translation layer of physical function to interface material level sound to the mammalian, thus possibly the human brain's microwave translation apparatus.
A method and apparatus for simulation of hearing in mammals by introduction of a plurality of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex is shown and described. A microphone is used to transform sound signals into electrical signals which are in turn analyzed and processed to provide controls...
