About Susie: Born in the city of peace and love, (San Francisco) I could have been a second generation “flower child”. As a young child, I moved to various areas of the country, each time picking up the flavor of that area. After setting down in Lincoln, Nebraska, I began to explore the spirituality that I possessed. While decorating my home, I realized that I had a knack for home décor, colors,
and layering. Shortly after that, the realization of jewelry covered all facets of design, and it became my passion. I had always loved wearing long necklaces, and received comments on them. When I started making jewelry, I did it backwards with no tools, soon learning the trade natural like others before me. Today, I have tools; tools to create my wares, tools to create serenity, give hope and strength. My goal is to have everyone who purchases my work find a piece of spirituality.
