Grinch Hot Chocolate Recipe 🍵
I remember making this fun, festive Grinch Hot Chocolate for a holiday movie night with my kids, and it quickly became a tradition. The bright green color adds a playful twist to the rich white chocolate, making it a perfect treat for any holiday gathering. It’s sure to bring smiles and warm hearts, just like the Grinch’s!
Ingredients:
4 cups heavy cream
4 cups milk (whole milk or 2%)
16 oz white chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Green and yellow food coloring
Optional: Whipped cream, sprinkles, marshmallows
Directions:
Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, mix heavy cream, milk, white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine.
Slow Cook: Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Color It Green: Add drops of green and yellow food coloring until you achieve the desired Grinchy green shade.
Keep Warm: Switch the slow cooker to the "warm" setting for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve: Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, or marshmallows for a festive touch.
