Some of the most important work happens at the beginning.

This bronze casting is being polished for a custom T10 Bespoke commission created for an NFL player, with metalwork inspired by elements of his Polynesian tattoos.

Before the final assembly, every surface has to be brought to life by hand.

Over the next few days, this piece will start to reveal what it is becoming.

People sometimes have a hard time grasping how small our microelectronic and mechanical systems are for T10 Bespoke.

Here, you see our proprietary quick-disconnect for the transducers, which are about to be soldered. Each of the contacts is 0.2 millimeters wide and separated from the next contact by only 0.15 millimeters.

It’s the smallest quick disconnect system in the world. Just one of hundreds of innovations baked into our in-ear micro computers that enable every single part and piece to be removable, repairable and infinitely upgradable, for life.
