So what does Ring Width mean? It is usually measured in millimeters, and it measures how tall the ring would be when flat on a table. Pictured here are 8mm, 6mm, and 4mm rings. To get a good reference, a US nickel is very close to 2mm. So stack nickels to see how tall the ring you want is!
