Yareli & Andrew

This love story started at his job:

He was working at a huge candy store on the strip. She came in for her orientation, he spotted her wearing Dutch Braids, and that cuteness inspired him to pursue her.

She had no idea that he was interested romantically in her she thought of him as a work friend, little did she know that he was getting in so much trouble for being caught talking to her when he was supposed to be working in a different area of the store.

This is what each one admires about the other:

He loves that she is genuinely a kind person, and she is optimistic and finds the silver lining in all situations. This balances them out as a couple.

She admires his discipline and dedication. He's comfortable with who he is. He doesn't like unresolved disagreements or staying mad with one another. She appreciates and loves that about him.

The Wedding Ceremony:

This was a personalized bilingual Spanish wedding ceremony. The bride chose a unity ritual in the Spanish tradition with a Lazo de Flores (flower lasso) sponsored by Rene and Belen, and the groom chose a unity candle sponsored by Alex and Paige.

💞This love story began in the latter part of the year 2019 when Yolanda and Michael met online. She wasn’t looking for a serious relationship, but that all changed when she met Michael.

😷Not long after that, the pandemic changed our way of life, so six months later they moved in together.  What better way to survive the pandemic and secure a new love interest that was just beginning to bloom.

👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨Michael was the first one to think he had found his ‘one’ he kept telling Yolanda this is gonna be a good thing.  She was still a bit apprehensive but eventually on January 20th of 2020 she ended up saying I love you first!

💍One day Michael took Yolanda to the Huntington Library Gardens and then back home for a very romantic slow dance followed by a proposal for marriage which Yolanda felt was the perfect proposal.

👰‍♀Yolanda admires Michael’s work ethics and his caring nature, he strives to make her happy and he aspires to do his best.  He has a great sense of humor and she loves that he makes her laugh often.  She can be herself with him and she appreciates how much better she is because of him, he is always striving to improve so she finds his suggestions are a contribution to her life.

🤵Michael feels incredibly comfortable with Yolanda, being with her feels effortless, not forced, or complicated, it was like he didn’t even have to try, everything just fell into place naturally and organically. He respects her work ethics, she is driven and determined, he respects her as the person she is and he appreciates the connection they have.

📆Their milestones:

2019 - They met

2020 - They took their first trip together to Catalina and moved in together to survive the pandemic

2021 - Flew to Missouri together to meet his family and she went fishing for the first time ever and was introduced to four wheeling on that trip.  They also got engaged this year.

2022 - They finally got hitched in the presence of their family and friends

Fall Wedding 2019 ❤🍂🍁
Robert Gonzalez and Cassandre La Marca had an unforgettable wedding ceremony. It was filled with laughter and fun moments.

Their sand unity ceremony included Robert's son Bobby as a reflection of their lives being intertwined and united by marriage and love. 💫
