Experience with weekly payroll, AR, AP, AIA billings, change orders, bank reconciliations, sales tax, insurances, audits, lien releases, union forms, job costing, workers comp, quarterly taxes, month-end reporting, reception and administrative duties. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Strong Word and Excel skills. We are seeking a person with a construction accounting background preferred who can multitask and also work on non-construction related company at times.
