6TH AND UNIVERSITY IN LOVELY LAS VEGAS
As many of you will remember the Tri County Farmers Market goes all year. In October we start a bit later – 10 am instead of 8 am – and go until sell out. Please mark your calendars.
This Sat join the Market interns in creating a mural celebrating "A Day at the Market", 9am - 11am.
And if you are looking for a fun event on Sunday check out the Tesoros del Valle Farmers Market Harvest Festival – Starting at 11:30 by the Community Center in Villanueva.

■All items are Organic & Free Range (except tortillas for burritos) Cooked with Green Ware.
■BURRITOS■
■Mango Habanero Sausage with Bacon/Eggs/Sharp Cheddar/Green chile/Sweet Bell Peppers and Pimento Peppers/Potato and onion.
■Vegie: (NO EGG) Mushroom/Spinach/Green Chile/Corn/Sharp Cheddar.
■Stuffed Green Bell peppers with Quinoa/Gruyere and mixed Italian cheeses/Green chile with a light spicy marinara sauce.
■SOUP: Italian Wedding soup with Chicken meatballs with feta and lots of vegies. Orzo on the side.
■GLUTEN FREE■
■Blueberry Corn muffins.
■Italian Chocolate almond cookies.
■Hollowbone Dolls. Taking custom orders until end of November for dolls.

LT Ranchers Baking Company will be at the market Saturday weather permitting, if it’s raining, we will be at Tractor Supply on Sunday. We will have the following baked treats; Pumpkin pecan Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Sticky buns, Cinnamon Rolls, Cherry Danish Cake, Apple Crumb and Apple Cranberry Pies, Lemon Crumble Cake, Carrot Cake, Cherry Cheesecake, Double fudge Cheesecake, Double Breads, Focaccia Pizzas, Assorted Cookies, Fresh Brown Organic Eggs and so much more!! Hope to see everyone Saturday if not see you Sunday at Tractor Supply!
Black Pear Design will be back this week with our genuine handcrafted jewelry. We will also be set up to do permanent jewelry with some new charms and restocked chains.

Arielle/Sow Good will be there with the last of some of my summer tastes this week: Spring Pasta Salad, Asparagus Lemon Parm Soup, Watermelon Gazpacho -- the last of these three for the season, so get them this week! I will also have Thai Peanut Salad, Fresh Vegan Pesto, and my usual assortment of gluten free and vegan goodies: keto almond bread, golden cornbread, fudgy brownies, hit the trail bites, sesame date bites, seeded crackers, umami nut mix and cinnamon spice nut mix. Cliffside Gardens will have Rainbow chard, dino kale, beet greens, cooking mix, lettuce mix, fresh basil, chives, orb zucchini, tomatoes, lemon cucumbers, dried catnip, and dried mushrooms. Fresh Japanese Pohu mushrooms, and some fresh lion’s mane mushrooms also.
Carol, White Duck Farm, will have a small amount of local honey, Winecap mushrooms fresh goat milk and cheese for your puppies and kittens, goat milk soap, pain/wound remedios, thunder biscuits for worried dogs, recycled T-Shirt rugs, chicken and duck eggs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Miel de Mora will return to the market Sept. 20th with late-harvest Mora Valley fall wildflower raw honey and honeycomb, and Bees + Botanicals products for health and beauty, inside and out.
