A beloved personal project ✨
One of our favorite things to do is hunt for antique jewelry. There’s something so exciting about the search. The thrill of finding a spectacular piece tucked away, forgotten, or simply waiting for someone to see its potential.
In the best-case scenario, we find a piece that just needs a little love: a good cleaning, some minor repairs, and a bit of attention to bring it back to life. But sometimes a piece is too damaged, or mounted in a setting that doesn’t do it justice.
That was the case with this incredible Essex fox crystal. The moment we saw her, we knew we had to have her. She was just too amazing to leave behind. 🦊
Rather than trying to restore her original setting, we decided to give her a new home, one that would really let her shine. We created a beautiful gold pendant mounting and surrounded her with diamonds. The setting was designed to highlight everything that makes this little fox so special.
And this is exactly what we love about custom jewelry. It isn’t always about starting from scratch. Sometimes, it’s about taking something beloved, adding a little creativity, and bringing it back to life in a whole new way.
We couldn’t be happier with how she turned out.
