For today’s I’d like to shout out Canada’s maternal leave policy. Did you know Canadian mothers receive 12 months of paid leave?! And dads receive 6 months of leave to use concurrently or after 🤯

As a self-employed mom, this one hits close to home. When my son was born, I was back to work just days after an unanticipated C-section delivery. Hoping the US can muster the will to support working families with equivalent leave for new parents.
