📚🍞 It’s official… I’m an author! 🍞📚

I’m so excited to share that my first book, Sourdough Without the Fuss, is now available on Amazon!

A few years ago, I tried my hand at sourdough baking and quickly became overwhelmed by all the complicated terminology and intimidating advice. I gave up.

When I decided to try again, I was determined to find a simpler approach. That journey eventually led me to write this book, with one goal in mind: to help beginners make delicious sourdough without feeling like they need a degree in food science.

I honestly never imagined I’d become an author, and seeing my name on the cover of a published book is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me along the way. I can’t wait to see what you’ll bake!
