1) Please be kind, considerate, and courteous. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Pretty self explanatory.

2) Respect Everyone's Privacy

3) Invoicing is done throughout the week. Invoices are due 24 hours after being sent out. Presale items will not be invoiced until the items are in stock. Shipping rate is $5.00 flat rate. The rates went up 50 cents due to packaging and weight cost. Due to complications in the past. Invoices are due within 24 hours. There is no hold and all invoices are due immediately 25 hours. Invoices are sent out Monday and Friday. I mail out your pkgs from Monday Invoices on Wednesdays and of Friday Invoices on Monday.


4)Send me your email and shipping address when asked to. Link is below and is also pinned on the page. Make sure I have your information to be able to invoice you. I have Zelle and Square. If failed payment or lack of communicatications after 2 days of sent invoiced your items will be returned to inventory.

5) Please fill out my postable with both your mailing and email address as well as your name at https://www.postable.com/faithscaseoftrinkets. If you use a nickname on Facebook please inform me through messenger what your actual name is so I know which items you have claimed.

6) Broken items are will be refunded. You must show a clear picture of the broken item within 2 days of receipt. If you are close I can try to fix it or if you are not close one of the above options will apply.

7) Payments due upon request. Any payment not made within 2 days will result in items being returned to inventory. If you have a special circumstance please contact me directly.

8) Shipping is done 72 hours after the invoice has been sent. I will track your shipment and send you the tracking information, if you have not received it from a week of the tracking information is sent please contact me.

10) A failed payment or non payment without any contact after I reached out to you through facebook messenger and email will result you being blocked from the Faith's Case of Trinkets Business page, group page and my profiles page. If you refuse to have any contact with me whatsoever within 48 hours after I have reached out there is no reason for me be under additional stress or my other clients from having a nice shopping experience as well.
