The last 48 hours have been a whirlwind. As many of my friends know, I don’t get to do quite as much car stuff as I used to these days due to family and work commitments. But the last two days I got some great memories in, first at the Tuxedo Park show with the Abarth Simca and then a track day at Monticello Motor Club with MassTuning

Great hanging with so many friends, spending quality time around cars but talking about all sorts of things.

The dial of the Group C Turbo Sport was inspired by the tachometer of the Porsche 962 as a jumping off point. But it needed additional detail to make it interesting as a watch. The flat bottom to the dial opening is a reference to the flat bottom racing steering wheels that became commonplace at the time.
The subtle waffle grid dial treatment adds an additional layering of 80s vibes and texture.
The choice of the anodized aluminum for the case was to give us a choice of vibrant colors, light weight, and also call back to race car components such as racing wheel nuts that were made of the same materials.

At 38.5mm diameter, the Group C Turbo Sport is a nicely legible sport watch, with a fairly large dial opening yet not oversized on the wrist. The LCD window at 6H can be illuminated by pressing the upper left pusher. This module features:
✅Two time zones
✅Day and date
✅Chronograph
✅Alarm

The Ana-digital format gives the Turbo Sport tremendous versatility in just about any setting.
