We want to thank all of our Ocean Jewelry friends, loyal clients and outstanding employees for all your help and support over the years. As many of you know, in August of 2018, we had an opportunity to “semi-retire” from Ocean Jewelry, a business that was as much fun as it was long hours.
At the same time, Hula Moon Gifts in Old Koloa Town (originally founded by Jimmy way back in 1999) also required more attention as Jimmy’s business partner was wanting to “semi-retire” as well, devoting more of her time to Hula Moon Gifts of Hanalei.
It was a difficult decision to close the Ocean Jewelry store front, located in The Shops of Kukui’ula, in September 2018. But as luck would have it many great opportunities have developed. Taking the management roll of Hula Moon Gifts Koloa as of November 1st has been the best “semi-retirement” plan ever. Our experienced staff at Hula Moon basically run the store and we are grateful to have all of them.
