When I was growing up I went to Believers Chapel Christian School, I had the absolute best friend for years in that school, Amber. I spent most weekends and usually all summer long with her, camping, holidays, dance parties in the front yard, field trips, pulling all nighters….we did everything together, for a good chunk of our lives. When middle school started and we would no longer be at our private school, we split ways. Life got the best of us. We were growing up without eachother. 😭
Fast forward…I have 4 children and I know she has one…that’s about all I know.
Tell me how today I got to see her…it’s been 25 years since I saw her or her parents.
I work at the airport and not only are they flying on my airline, and on the day I work, but I also checked them in….
I checked in a gentleman and within his party was Amber and her Mom…I flipped out! Her mom noticed me from across the airport, I bawled my eyes out!
Amber was parking the car, but best believe I hugged her so tight when I saw her walk in!!
