Everyone asks what it is like working in a jewelry store. This feels like a good place to start.

What is usually in our jewelers’ bags on a typical day.

Between the three of us, you’ll usually find loupes, extra ring sizers, polishing cloths, half-written notes, a dead pen, gloves, a wandering tape measure, and a phone full of customer photos. Snacks, cold coffee, lip balm, hand lotion, and a lot of patience are close by, along with stray earring backs, a clasp to fix later, and a stubborn stack of repair tags.
