Yesterday afternoon I was called about a lost gold wedding ring near My client said he got my information from one of the resort employees and called right away. I said I could be there in 25 minutes. When I arrived the wind was blowing pretty heavy, so I tried the shallow water area. No Luck. I told my client I would come back after the wind died down. I went to grab something to eat and went straight back to the search. This time I was prepared to get completely underwater. About 40 minutes into the 2nd search Ring FOUND
When i called to let my clients know the ring was Found, he said he was at his dinner reservation just up the hill from the resort. So I went up the hill to drop it off. Happy I could Help

Yesterday afternoon I was called about a iphone lost in the ocean near Sugar Beach Resort in North Kihei. My client left her phone on the shore inside of her hat. While she was out playing in the ocean, a rogue wave came and swept it out in the ocean. The couple didnt notice right away. As they came to shore they noticed their stuff was wet. No hat or Iphone. They called a snorkel Shack near by and they referred my business. I said could come search right away. About 20 minutes later we met at the beach. My clients told me what happened, and I geared up for the search. 10 minutes into the search I could see part of the phone sticking out of the sand. It was in about 4 feet of water. IPhone 17 still working fine 💪

Yesterday afternoon I was emailed about a ring lost in the ocean on Molokai. And they can not finding anyone with a metal detector service. This ring was lost in a area protected from any surf or strong currents. I also don't know anyone over there with a metal detector. I said I could try ask a neighbor if he would take me there on his boat. "Sorry not on short notice." So I checked flights and was able to get a good flight in the morning and fly back early evening. I flew the little puddle jumpers Mokulele Airlines 8-10 passenger prop plane. Anyway my client said they would pick me up and take me to the spot. They had a very good location on where the ring dropped in about 2ft water near a rock. I flew over this morning, they picked me up a drove 45 minutes to the spot. My clients probably would have found this ring except everything you try to dig in the sand it go really murky from all the rian we had recently. About 15 minutes into the search Ring Found. Celebrate at lunch on the way back to the airport. First time to Molokai..SUCCESSFUL

After getting lucky finding the necklace at Charlie Young. I went straight over to Kamaole Beach 2, where I have been trying to find a Platinum Wedding ring lost in late April. I have been by this Beach almost everyday since I was hired to search for it. This was my 6th time searching after the initial search on May 1st. I noticed the beach had changed a bit in the last couple days so I decided to search. About 40 minutes into this search Ring Found!! Sometimes I actually Amaze myself.. Minelab Metal Detectors

This necklace was lost at Charlie Young beach a couple days ago in shallow water. I Found and Returned it yesterday around 12noon. Mom was holding the boy in shallow water, when big wave came and swept her off her feet. At that time her boy was holding on to the necklace, and it broke. Happy I was able to find such a small item in very turbulent water. ALOHA

This call i received on Wednesday morning asking if I could come search for a sentimental silver ring lost the day before in the afternoon at CharlieYoungbeach Kihei. When the ring was lost my client searched for a couple hours. No Luck. It was very windy and made it difficult to see in the water. My client went back the next morning to see if it maybe washed up or could see it at low tide. Still No Luck. Someone passing by saw him searching and said the call Dave the Metal Finder. He called right away. I said I could be there in 15-20 minutes. I searched for about 1.5 hours. No Luck. I had to meet someone, so I said I would come back around the time he lost it the day before. I arrived back around noon and expanded my search area. About 30 minutes into my 2nd search Ring Found! Happy Days!

I received this call on Tuesday afternoon asking if I could come search for a ring thought to be lost on the beach in central Kihei. I said I could be there in about 1 hours. We met at the beach, this Beach is near the North end of Halama street in Kihei. My client Joesph said he is pretty sure he put his ring in the beach bag. As he exited the beach his wife asked where his ring was. They looked in the bag No Ring. He searched and sifted the beach. No Luck. So he called the professionals. Any way I searched the beach, No Luck! I searched shallow water, No Luck. It was windy, so I said I would return in the morning around low tide. About 30 minutes of searching in a little deeper water, White gold wedding ring FOUND.

Yesterday evening I was called about a lost engagement ring near . I said I could come out right away, about 45 minutes drive. When I arrived we met near the beach and walked down to show the exact area. Clients were standing in knee deep water putting wife's rings on his necklace. One side of the necklace fell, Rings GONE. In the worst spot, right where the waves are crashing 😫 Anyway, I tried with my not so wet gear for about 30 minutes. I decided to try deeper water with my underwater gear. About 30 more minutes, just after the sun set Ring Found in 4-5 feet deep water.

A few days ago I was messaged about a lost mans wedding ring at Kamaole Beach 1. We messaged back and forth for a bit. My clients couldn't meet me the next day, but I tried anyway. No Luck. I contacted them after their long day journey to Hana. We agreed to meet the next morning. We met around 11am to show the area tell exactly what was happening. My client was standing in about knee deep water trying to rinse his hands and wave caught him off guard Ring Gone! He searched for awhile with No Luck. Anyway,I ran back to the truck grabbed my gear and started the search. Less than 5 minutes Ring Found! My client knew exactly where the ring came off.

A few weeks ago I was contacted by a mom asking if she could rent a detector for the day while they are on vacation. It will be here boys 8th birthday. I said I don't rent Detectors anymore but I could do a young family Seeded Treasure Hunt. Meaning I will go cone an area of beach bury Treasure and let them find it. Guaranteed to find Treasure 🤑 So this morning was the hunt with the whole family involved. They had a blast. And went home with Treasures.

Yesterday afternoon I received a call about a lost gold ring with diamonds near Pier 1 at Kahului harbor. My client said he is on and was at the beach in front of the Hilton at Kahului Harbor earlier and lost his wedding ring.The ship is about to sail in a couple hours. I asked a few questions, exchanged a couple pictures, and headed out. He said if I could get there before the ship leaves he could point ne to the right spot from where he is sitting on the ship. So when I arrived I called him and identified the area. About 2 minutes into the search Ring Found where him and his wife were sitting on the beach. So I rushed it or to Pier 1 before the ship departed..Happy I was able Return before my client left the island.
