I don’t know much about the healing properties of gemstones but it seems like amethyst is the magic stone for healing. It helps to calm the mind, eases stress and anxiety, and helps with sleep. I’m going out to lunch today which I rarely do and this is what I’ve chosen to wear. The new turquoise necklace needed a name so I’m calling it the Going out to Lunch turquoise necklace. The pendant does look like somebody took a bite out of it so it seems appropriate.
