I saw a post that said, “The heart that men ruin is always mended by a better man.”
No.
Why are we teaching women that they need another man to fix what a man broke?
The truth is, healing doesn’t come from someone else. It comes from you.
A relationship can break your heart, but another relationship isn’t responsible for putting the pieces back together. That’s your job. It’s in the late nights when you choose yourself. It’s in the therapy, the tears, the boundaries, the self-reflection, and the decision to love yourself again after someone made you question your worth.
A healthy partner can support your healing, but they should never be responsible for it.
Ladies, stop waiting for someone to save you. Save yourself.
Learn who you are outside of a relationship. Rebuild your confidence. Rediscover your happiness. Fall in love with your own company. Heal the wounds. Break the cycles.
Because the strongest comeback isn’t finding a better man.
It’s becoming a stronger woman.
The woman who healed herself is the woman no one can break twice.
