The story of Johnson’s Jewelers
In 1964, 13 year old boy begins working for his uncle and develops a love that will carry him on for nearly 50 years. After several years of learning, from multiple master jewelers, our first independent shop is opened in 1971. 1985 terrible fire in downtown destroys several buildings including our shop, but a new location is soon opened. With the city expanding we opened our first retail store front and moved into our current location in 2001. After nearly 5 decades the everyday operations were passed to the next generation and a new chapter began.
