As a Pawn Shop Associate, you will be responsible for assessing the value of merchandise brought into the shop, negotiating loans and purchases, and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Knowledge and passion for second-hand goods and the pawn industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A friendly and approachable demeanor
Cash handling experience
