For Brutus.
This commission was presented to me only a few weeks before moving. I had just finished my third horsehair memorial piece with two beautiful horse's manes in one ring, and following giving their owner that ring, this one immediately followed.

The owner is just a wonderful person and though I had denied sending Brutus to our address initially, due to the timeline and fear of anything happen between shipping to or back before my moving date, the owner and I clicked, and we decided to wait until I moved and got settled.

Then our moving truck didn't come for two and a half months. I was a wild incident and the entire time Brutus' owner was just so kind and patient and I just wanted to say how greatful I was to take this piece on, and the way it came out I feel truly honored Brutus.

Thank you, everyone SO much for your love and support ❤️ I'm overjoyed with the art I've has the privedge to create over 2024, and now in the coming year, and even more things to complete before my big move to Maine in Febuary 2025!

With that I will be closing my commissions for a short season so I can focus on finishing these last special pieces, get there, and settle.

More pictures of crafts to come, and I will re-open my commissions in the new bright spring ☺️

Memorial pieces are one of the most meaningful, but discrete aspects of my art. Almost understated is my passion for these special pieces out of respect for those lost, but always my utmost care and detail. From an urn made from a piece to cast a 'rainbow', to a ring made with two horses hair, from ashes in a pendant to represent the lost companions name, to a portrait in an ornament in time for the holidays, these are the pieces that speak to my respect for one's life. The representation of winter in contrast to summer, my more showcased pieces. They provide me balance in my work, and what I put out in the world and for that I'm always greatful.

❄️ Look at this stuff, isn't it neat? 😁💙 Working hard and moving fast this holiday season. Looking bravely forward to the following year with all it's changes, for better or for unknown.

Thank you SO much for everyone who has supported me, and my little pandemic hobby grow up to this point. I feel a potential for this to be a lifetime business of mine, and a bunch of lifelong trinkets and tools to leave behind even after me. My goal is to only grow from here, so here's to growing 😁🥰
