"Jewelry is a trust-based business." A common refrain in our store, one we know is true, but one that proves itself over and over again.

We have a remarkable client who recently trusted us to bring her family jewelry into the future. That means many things: repairing, reimagining, recycling. It means, for this project, honoring legacy and life at the same time.

This ring was resized and reset with a Tsavorite garnet center-stone, to better match our customer's style, while retaining the sapphire sides and original detailing.

More than pride, we feel immense gratitude for our hand in these pieces. Thank you for trusting us—all of you.

Pictured: Indicolite Tourmaline Quilling Ring. Hand-worked gold quilling, with scattered diamonds around a central Indicolite tourmaline. With a hammered finish very much like sun on moving water, this ring is now one of our gallery's one-of-a-kinds. There will never be another like her.

UPDATE: SOLD / Pictured: Peacock Quilled Ring in 18k yellow gold, with .25ctw diamonds. With a hammered finished like dappled sunlight, this piece feels far away from industrialization's soot and smoke.

Paper quilling was invented around the time that paper was introduced to the mass market, the first examples coming from around the first paper mills in 1490's England 📜📜 It was the ease and beauty of the hobby that attracted the finest young ladies—and now, five hundred years later, it is elevated again.
