My pain levels have increased a lot and so I haven’t been able to even get on Whisper for like 2 months. Tonight I was able to get on and do a very short ride. While the ride was short, the smile it gave me is still plastered to my face! Thank you to my gorgeous sweet girl and to my instructor Alex (next pic) who always encourages me and is there for me!

With incredible stealth, she calmly grazed in my front yard early this morning. My dogs never even noticed her. She was pretty close to the house till i spooked her a bit while fumbling to get my phone to record her visit. I absolutely treasure her visits!

I sent the group that handles the Emmy Awards a complaint about Oprah Winfrey’s nomination for that biased, rehearsed diatribe loosely referred to as an interview. I feel very strongly that even just her nomination is a reward for her collusion in defaming the RF and in spreading disinformation. Most people know I was pretty devastated to leave behind a incredible hummingbird that hovered at the living room window EVERY SPRING to let me know she came back, fill her feeder! She let me know when it needed refilling throughput the summer. For four years I delighted at the sight of her! When I moved, I bought a new feeder and since April have filled, refilled and cleaned it regularly in the hope I might have a hummingbird grace me with it’s using the feeder. This is the 2nd week, 3rd time today that he has come to eat! Please God take good care of my hummingbird! Let her teach new people how and when to care fir her! Impressive physical feat! This toad was in my deck this morning and hopped himself right into the hole of a cement brick. I watched him assess his surroundings and leap up. First try, he fell back down. Second try and he positioned himself so he could pull himself up, which he eventually did. Mighty impressive little fella!
