18-year-old me. I want to listen to the crazy things that will come out of my mouth. Then help that 18-year-old version see better things for himself.

The overall matriation of the family. The youngest will start high school. This marks a new chapter in watching our kids turn into adults. A new independence for us as parents and the kids.

Professionally, the plans and work from the past couple of years are coming into fruition.

Staying in the present. I will only have time to think and not worry about what's next.

Challenging, growth, and focus.

Aaron Prickel and Brian Kavicky have challenged me both personally and professionally, which helped me reach a new level of growth.

Also, my wife is a huge inspiration for me. She finds the good in life, and it is so inspiring to watch.

Me at 30. I would tell him there is so much more you can do if you get out of your own way. I was in NYC searching for clarity, and I wish I had trusted myself sooner.

Today is a day to recognize and honor the leadership of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, a leader who kept his eyes on the future even when the world resisted.

He stood alone armed with conviction, morals, courage, and a belief in justice. He showed that to make change, leaders must be willing to stand in uncomfortable positions.

To be a leader is to forge new paths, challenge the status quo, and inspire others to follow.

Last week was the 2025 Sandler November Conference and Lushin showed up ready to make noise.

Day 1: Brian Kavicky opened the week with the David H. Sandler award speech, breaking down what it really means to “Walk the Talk.”

Day 2: Brian Kavicky and Kim Grotto teamed up for a session on breaking the multimillion-dollar plateau, followed by an evening “Good to Great” discussion with fellow franchises on leveling up.

Day 3: Award day. Lushin earned the Denali award, and Ben Kniffen was named a Rising Star for his standout quarterly results.

A full week of learning, connection, strong coffee, and a lot of laughs. ☕️

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💗🎗️

October may be coming to a close, but Lushin is proud to stand with those who have fought and are fighting breast cancer. We held our annual Pink Out Day to honor those we’ve lost, celebrate those who’ve survived, and support those currently in the fight, including our team's loved ones.

Together, we wear pink to:

💕 Raise awareness.
💕 Fund research.
💕 Promote early detection.

I went to a James Bond–themed party once, and it was unforgettable. Everyone dressed up. I mean long ci******es, fun dresses, tuxes, champagne trays, and ice sculptures. Even a helicopter! If I ever hosted my own, I’d recreate that.

I became a grandma (a GiGi). My daughter welcomed her first baby, my first granddaughter. It’s one of those moments that changes everything.
