Founded in 2002, Ornamentum Gallery exhibits a dynamic collection of contemporary jewelry as well as related objects and artworks. Ornamentum hosts numerous exhibitions yearly in their recently expanded Hudson, NY exhibition space - one of the world’s largest gallery spaces dedicated specifically to contemporary jewelry - where featured designers display their work in conceptual installations. amentum is well established as a major force for introducing this exciting medium to new international audiences, working to help build many of the world’s most significant public and private collections of contemporary jewelry and playing a pivotal role in numerous acquisitions of important works by key museums. Whether based in material experimentation, conceptual content or a combination of both, the work exhibited by Ornamentum must challenge conventions and be absolutely individual in content and form.

The bar has been raised!

We had an amazing visit to the Dallas Museum of Art for the opening of Constellations: Contemporary Jewelry at the Dallas Museum of Art.

This is an enormous step to bring the field - and one of the most important private turned public collections before new audiences. The scale of the exhibition, the installation and the selection of works is absolutely Stellar.

Loved revisiting pieces from our artists and our friends and seeing important works that long predate our tenure as gallerists. The opening and subsequent tours were well attended and it was lovely to see so many of our friends, collectors, supporters and artists.

Thanks to the hard work of the DMA, their donors and especially , this is an absolutely must-see exhibit!

Our favorite costume was the girl dressed as the periodic table of elements, highlighting her ( and our) favorite element Au - Gold!
