NO ONE and I mean NO ONE! is better than anyone else, and my heart is sad for those who think they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money sits in your bank account - we all bleed red and will eventually fade from this earth. Death has no discrimination, and neither should your life. Be kind to others. We are all here to serve. Stop the power tripping. Your oversized ego won’t get you anywhere. Be humble and kind! Very few will read this far, but if you’re genuine, I challenge you to copy. Most won’t because they’re the type of people I’m talking about. Truth! 💯

In the 1960s it was called "hardening of the arteries of the brain", then it was called Alzheimers. Today the word "dementia" is more in vogue. Fact is that people have had memory loss with age for centuries. Benjamin Franklin had it! Someone once said when you love someone with dementia you lose them twice, once when they are diagnosed and then when they die 😢 This is called “Ambiguous Loss.” 'Rapidly shrinking brain’ is how doctors now described it.
I wouldn't wish Dementia on anyone. As the patient's brain slowly dies, they change physically and eventually forget who their loved ones are.
Patients can eventually become bedridden, unable to move and unable to eat or drink.

There will be people who will scroll by this message because dementia has not touched them. They may not know what it's like to have a loved one who has fought or is fighting a battle against Dementia.

In an effort to raise awareness of this cruel disease, I would appreciate it if my friends could put this on your page for today.
