💙 In 2016, spinel was officially added alongside peridot and sardonyx, making August one of three months with ✨three✨birthstones.

💪Spinel comes in an incredible range of colors—from vivid red, hot pink and orange to cobalt blue, purple, lavender and bluish-green. It’s also a durable 8 on the Mohs hardness scale, which makes it a wonderful choice for everyday jewelry.

💰While exceptional red and cobalt-blue spinels can command premium prices, many beautiful spinels are more affordable than similar gemstones, especially in lighter colors such as lavender.
