It might still be duck season at The LilyPad, but it's also time to schedule those craft retreats and camps! If you love to craft, quilt, or are an outdoor enthusiast, then you might want to ask about a custom retreat for your group at The LilyPad, or join us and our local instructors for some of our scheduled retreats! Below is a list of dates for our scheduled retreats. They fill up fast and often have waiting lists so don't hesitate to get on the camp list!
If these dates don't work for you, or a camp is full, then book your own group with a custom retreat with specific activities just for you!
Cost will vary according to your nights stay, crafts, meal certificates and other activities, but all camps are very reasonable! Make it fit your budget!
GIRLFRIEND CRAFT CAMPS 2019
3 Night Lodging, Catered Meals, Patterns, Supplies and Instruction included in these retreats.
March 21-24. Quilt Retreat. Beginner Friendly. Using Precut Fabrics Approx. Quilt top size: 75 x 85. You will need a sewing machine, Rotary cutter and Mats, and sewing accessories.
May 2-5 WE WIN (Women Exploring Wonders In Nature) Outdoor Enthusiast love this retreat.
Canoe Float/fishing trip, Archery Range at Refuge, Outdoor Crafts, Food Crafts, and Campfire activities. In case of inclement weather, outdoor activities will be substituted for workshop activities.
September 12-15 Fall Retreat features a Rag Quilt Workshop, Fall Food crafting, Refuge Activities.
November 7-10 Christmas Retreat. A festive atmosphere, everyone enjoys making crafts worthy of gift giving family and friends. We have a variety of crafts during Christmas which includes Pottery, Woodworking, Canvas Painting, Food crafting and more. We also tour the Open House sales in the local retail shops and have a Christmas luncheon for a little break from crafting at one of the local Restaurants. One of the All time favorite Retreats.
**July 17-30 We will host our Christmas in July Retreat on the Road this Year in Branson Missouri. Together with our friends from Quilt and Quilt Fabric Shop, we will piece a 70" x 70" Carpenters Star Quilt Top. Plus as a bonus, we will have 2 make and take projects with a Christmas in July theme. Lodging at the Raddisson, 3 breakfast, Sewing Room and all craft supplies are included in Retreat Fees. Any show tickets you might want, lunches and dinners are extra cost. There are only a few rooms left for this retreat, you are encouraged to contact me very soon for more info and to block your room if you want to go on this retreat!
