Our new addition to our ‘ohana. Cici came into our lives like it was meant to be. On 3/5/2026 my mama would have been 95 years old. After work, Kimo and I went to visit my mom and dad at their grave. This was the first time since her funeral that we went to go visit. As we were coming back home, Cici became our makana. Our children have all been rescued on a birthday: Tia 12/26 (Mines); Rosco boy 7/16 (Kimo’s); and Cici 3/5 (Mom’s). She always wanted us to have a baby💖 ❤️

This Saturday, February 7th will be the day we lay to rest my mama. After 23 years she can be right by my dadʻs side in heaven. I am sure my dad was calling her cause he had missed her for so long. I am so sad and happy at the same time knowing they are both in eachotherʻs arms forever💜

Looking back at 2025…it has been full of blessings and heartache. Our father passed in April leaving only his last brother of his generation and my mama passed, the very last of her generation and went to go meet my papa in Ke Akua hands this past December. Our blessings are we have all of our love and support from our ʻohana, work ʻohana, and you our ʻohana that love us to keep our perpetuating ʻopihi culture. As the mahina shines bright on 1/1/2026, may this year be the dreams and passions you pursue start with love💖. Mahalo nui loa for all the beautiful prayers and well wishes for our makua. #2026
