Terms of Payment

* Full payment is required before any order is shipped unless a layaway agreement has been approved.
* We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
* Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
* Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout where required. Taxes apply only to orders shipped within Hawaii.
* Orders will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

Layaway Policy

* A minimum deposit of 30% of the total purchase price is required to start a layaway.
* Layaway payments are interest-free.
* The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days from the date of the initial deposit.
* Payments may be made weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
* Merchandise will be reserved and shipped only after the full balance has been paid.
* If payments are not completed within the agreed layaway period and no extension has been approved, the layaway will be canceled and forfeited.
* All layaway payments and deposits will be forfeited if the customer fails to complete payment within the agreed timeframe.
* Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied as store credit at the seller’s discretion.
* Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

* Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
* Requests for cancellation before shipment are subject to approval.
