53 years ago, Jerb was introduced to the love of geology and gemology by a mentor in Hobbs, NM. Later on, he moved away to pursue higher education in California at GIA, and eventually returned to work in the same location where he started his career as a young man.
Yesterday, he had the pleasure of delivering a custom design to the gentleman who first introduced him to jewelry over 50 years ago. Pictured below is a photo of Jerb with Harold at his Eagle Scout ceremony in high school.
