3 different jobs finished up today!
All of them where 4’ tall picket fences.
I got pics of two and forgot to grab pics of the third job. But we were on a roll getting things done. Tomorrow we will finish up two 6’ tall privacy fences so stay tuned for those pics.

All of them where 4’ tall picket fences.

What a challenge. We got to this job knowing we’d have some things to work around with the entry and slope and bushes. After spending time dancing around the drain tiles, tree roots, gas and power lines we got things all finished up. This will be a super cool, beautiful convex picket fence and in the back it will be a 6’ privacy fence. It will set up amazing with the landscape and highlight all the beautiful arborvitae and trees.

And the first of two projects we got underway on this lovely day. Time to enjoy the sun for a while and get things movin...

And the first of two projects we got underway on this lovely day. Time to enjoy the sun for a while and get things moving along on the installs. We got this job set up and it’s going to be a beautiful 6’ tall dog ear cedar privacy fence. We can wait to show the finished results when we stop back next week to button it up.

An absolutely stunning day to spend time outdoors to bring things to life. We ended up starting two project on the day. This is one of two. An eventual 6’ tall cedar privacy/picket fence is in the making. It’s going to be beautiful when it’s done next week.

Out with the old and in with the new. The original fence had seen better days and it was time to give it a little love…. So we tore it out…. And now we have new posts set to install a beautiful little 4’ tall cedar picket fence. Stay tuned… those pictures will come next week when we stop back to finish it up.

A little fyi info on cedar versus pressure treated on stain or water sealers.
Although I still recommend waiting a little longer on cedar (at least a few weeks to a couple months) depending on season and weather. So I wouldn’t say cedar is ready immediately- but def sooner then pressure treated.
This is often why we offer both price options on pressure treated and cedar pickets and take the extra time to explain the differences between the two products. Not just on stain but also on maintenance between the two materials.

Typically we take the day off in honor of Memorial Day. However, this little job needed done and it was kind of an emergency job. So we ended up getting it done. We set two new posts, and then built a brand new double drive gate to get things closed back off. We got it done in just a couple hours so we still had time to enjoy the rest if the day…

The excitement of the day is never short lived when you see the beauty in the finished piece. In every opportunity, you see the essence of a masterpiece. What started off as an old, worn down fence was transformed into a new, revitalized 4’ cedar picket fence. The homeowner removed the old panels, we tweaked the existing posts and overhauled this fence into something new a refreshing.
