The dial’s guilloché texturing catches light as it moves, the seconds hand sweeps instead of ticks.

The case comes in at 38mm with a 45mm lug-to-lug and 9.5mm of thickness — proportions built to disappear under a sleeve, not stack up under one.

The Captain runs on an automatic Miyota 9039, regulated in-house.

The Shadowgraph is a Bernhardt x Haven Watch Co. collaboration — two American watch companies, one mechanical chronograph built to actually be worn.

The chronograph you’ve been waiting for.

Deep black dial. Three translucent subdials revealing the movement beneath. Red luminous subdial hands. The Bernhardt name on the dial, the Haven H on the crown, and an etched map of the Great Lakes on the caseback.

Inside: a hand-wound modified Sellita SW510MBHa. Swiss mechanical. 50-hour power reserve. Classic 6-9-12 layout with a date aperture at 3.

A smooth enamel dial. Applied Roman numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9. Polished indices marking the remaining hours. Two-hand quartz movement with no seconds hand and no date window, nothing competing with the simplicity of the dial.

38mm fully polished 316L stainless steel case. 9.55mm thin. Wears cleanly under a cuff and sits comfortably across a wide range of wrists.

The Captain Moonlight and Midnight are descendants of the watch worn on screen in Looper.

Our founder built the Officer — predecessor to today’s Captain — for actor Noah Segan as Kid Blue. Only three were ever produced for the film. One is believed to remain in the Sony archives today. The Captain is the evolution of that watch.

Today is the last day to get Moonlight and Midnight at their introductory price.
