The Jordyn Landau Memorial Foundation, Inc. is excited to launch the third annual raffle basket fundraiser sponsored by Ivy Rehab. After each of her seven leg surgeries, Jordyn tirelessly worked with her physical therapist, Giovanni Maturo, and the first picture represents the memorial wall displayed at the Baldwin location. Between tomorrow and September 25th, raffle tickets will be sold at the Baldwin, Island Park, Lynbrook, and Wantagh locations of Ivy Rehab.  Below are detailed descriptions of each raffle basket.  Tickets are 6 for $25, or $5 each.  You are looking at over $8,000 of donated merchandise and certificates!!!! Please consider being a part of this fundraiser, and good luck to all who participate. To the donors… thank you for your incredibly generous support of our foundation and mission to find a permanent cure for Ewings sarcoma. All raised funds benefit Little Warrior Foundation
