Whinny Wisdom RETURN POLICY
Returns & Eligibility
• Merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging and tags.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or excessive wear are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified manufacturer’s defect. Store Credit Only
• All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• Store credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or applied to prior purchases. Returns After 14 Days
• Returns requested after the 14-day return window may be accepted at the sole discretion of Whinny Wisdom.
• Approved late returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the store credit amount. Manufacturer Defects
• Items with a manufacturer’s defect may be returned within 14 days, provided the defect is confirmed by Whinny Wisdom.
• Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage does not qualify as a manufacturer defect. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Clearance or sale items
• Seasonal items
• Custom, special-order, or personalized merchandise
• Food, consumables, or perishable goods (if applicable)
Proof of Purchase
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
