Here we have a U.S. note personally hand-signed by Catalina “Cathi” Vásquez Villalpando, the 39th Treasurer of the United States.

Most collectors know the Treasurer’s printed signature appears on circulating U.S. currency, but finding a note she actually signed herself physically makes it a much more personal and collectible piece of history.

Vásquez Villalpando served under President George H. W. Bush and made history as the first Latina Treasurer of the United States. She also made history being the only U.S. Treasurer ever to be sent to prison following federal charges.

This is fantastic opportunity to own a unique part of American history.
