Hello everyone and happy new years! We hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and holiday season! We hope all the kids had an amazing break from school!
We have made a bunch of changes that we’d like to provide an update on.
During the final quarter of 2025, we had some personal situations arise that resulted in the need for some home modifications.
As many of you know, we are a military owned business. Michael, our 3D expert is a 10year Marine Corps Veteran and Sarrah, our epoxy and laser specialist, is the surviving spouse of an 8year Marine Corps Veteran who lost his battle to PTSD in November of 2017.
Sarrah maintained her relationship with her in-laws who fell on hard times and have been really struggling the last two years, although we didn’t know how bad that hardship was. Sarrah realized that they were in need of assistance back at the end of August. The decision was made to move them into the home, which is also where we produce all of our products.
This resulted in the need to consider a home addition in order to make space for our business to continue operating, as the current home office needed to be repurposed from a work space into a functioning mainfloor bedroom. The new home office and workspace needed to be constructed. That construction was supposed to be finished by Christmas in order to not interfere with our operations.
It is January 10th now, and the build is not yet complete and our business has been put on hold until its completion. We, therefore, have been unable to produce any new products or inventory. We were rushing to complete phase 1 of the multiphase project (the home office) in order to empty the current space so we could begin phase 2 which is a bedroom/bathroom remodel in order for a mainfloor full bathroom/bedroom space to be created, and the goal was for it to be completed prior to Sarrah’s inlaws moving in. However, time ran out and they moved in on January 7th.
We hope to be up and running again by the end of next week, but that has been our hope for several weeks now. The deadline was originally Christmas, and then it was new years, and it’s still not finished. But we are close to completion. It will take a day or two (maybe 3) to move all of our office equipment and organize our new space once we are “given the keys” in order to function effectively.
We are still available to chat and take orders, but please understand, it will likely be two weeks minimum before we can get started; specifically for 3D prints. We do have some inventory in our trailer, which is where we store all of our inventory for markets, but we are unsure of what inventory we currently have available since life has been incredibly stressful outside of work which actually does still impact work because of the nature of the project.
Sarrah is currently still able to work on engravings and epoxy, but at a much more limited capacity since our home 𝐀𝐍𝐃 workspace are kind of invaded at this time.
We thank you so much for your understanding and we look forward to getting back to work here soon! At this time, we do not have any Markets booked until Burgaw’s Blueberry Festival in June, however we plan to to begin searching for and booking markets once our new office is settled. It’s just too stressful right now between everything to sit down and say “yes, we can do that market” when we have workmen coming to the house and needing to be here to answer questions for the job and never really knowing if and when they’d be showing up on a weekend. And we’re at the point where they need access to the home, not just the space being built, and we’d really prefer to be home while all that is going on.
Thanks again for your love and support, and we look forward to getting back to creating amazing pieces for our customers! We have several plans for pieces to offer which will include true multicolor prints, not just a “single” multicolor that blends, but a true multicolor print.
But here are some pictures of our new space in the mean time, and we are looking forward to taking pictures of the completed space to share with you upon completion!
I want to take a moment to also thank Sarrah’s parents, without whom, none of this would be possible. We are still far too small of a business to be able to manage something like this on our own, and we are eternally grateful to them for their help and investment to ensure not only that our business can continue to grow, but with that, Sarrah’s in-laws having a safe place to go to get back on their feet, which was the purpose of this whole project. We would not have been able to obtain both goals without their unyeilding support. Business would have had to have been sacrificed, which we were obviously happy to do for our family, but because of them, we were given the chance to do both.
There is a special place in Heaven for Sarrah’s parents, and we thank God for them every single day for their love and support.
