For anyone trying to contact us by the business phone (646-2400) please be patient. Verizon was supposed to port the number three weeks ago. After three promise dates and 5 calls the next promised date is Wednesday July 17 for the number to be back in service. Fingers crossed. Please leave your name, phone number, repair number and description. I will return your call and arrange completion and delivery. We still have over 80 clocks to finish so we ask your patience. If you would just like to get your repair back unfinished I will deliver to you. Thanks, Bob

With mixed feelings I have decided to close Buffalo Watch & Clock at the end of June. After 17 years in Hamburg and 50 in business, it’s time. I will still be doing repairs on a limited basis and will keep the shop phone (716-646-2400)
I will also be helping my son Matt at his store in Lancaster two days a week. Stop in ans see us at West Main Jewelers for your jewelry and watch needs. (No Clocks!) All items still in our possession after July first will be delivered to owners after we contact you. Thanks for your support and hope to see you in the future.
