I so strongly believe that as women, our femininity is our superpower 🌺
Embracing every part of our nature is what makes us so amazing! Women are beautiful, kind, gentle, strong, fierce, intuitive, empathetic, lovely people. As a woman, you have so many gifts to give to the world! Embrace every part of it and LET yourself be a blessing to the world and the people around you. Don’t ever feel ashamed of being all the woman you want to be. Pile on all the makeup you want and doll yourself up if you feel like it, or go completely bare faced and natural if it’s that kind of day.. or life! You’re beautiful no. matter. what. It’s such an important truth to receive and embrace, and when you do it lights up the people around you. I love being a woman and I love women so much!!!

IF YOU HAVE B***S THIS IS FOR YOU!

I have literally searched FOR YEARS for a perfect strapless bra—one that lifts, separates (no thank you to squishy pushed together b***s), and STAYS PUT all day so I’m not constantly pulling it up and adjusting. I’ve never found one, and I don’t know anyone who has (I’ve asked! Haha). Most of my wardrobe is tube tops, tank tops, and off the shoulders but I’ve almost given up on them because I don’t have the right bra 😭 I’ve had this vision in my head of a perfect strapless bra that I know would work but I didn’t know how to sew and commissioning one never quite worked out lol, so I decided to make one.
I made a prototype and OMG YOU GUYS IT WORKS!!! I even had 2 friends try it on and we’re all different cup sizes and it work for them too!! I’m working on making it from scratch this time and I’m so excited!
If you’ve ever had this problem of crappy strapless bras, please let me know! Tell me your woes and your strapless bra dreams lol

Yesterday I went to the park with Leah the beagle/chihuahua and was sitting at a picnic table with her on my lap when this girl walked by. She looked over at me with a huge smile and waved and said, “heyyy, Chiquita!” I glanced around and when I realized I was the only one there, I smiled super huge back, waved, and yelled back to her, “hiiiii!!” I thought to myself, “wow, what a warm, friendly, and fun greeting for someone she doesn’t even know! ...is she confusing me with someone else?” Then her little dog ran out from under the table and past my legs and the girl was waving her dog over 😂😂 I yelled again, “I thought you were calling ME Chiquita!” Then we both just lost it laughing 😂😂

Moral of the story: don’t be afraid to make eye contact and notice all the beautiful things and people around you! It can make your day just a little bit brighter 🌞

No matter what’s going on in the world and in your life, there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for 💕 when it’s hard to think of something, you can always be thankful that you are alive and breathing and deeply loved 😘
I know I’m thankful for Hawaii and her beautiful, warm, and generous people full of so much aloha 🌺
