WE MAY BE A DAY LATE… but we could never miss celebrating our guy REUBEN 🥳

From starting as an intern years ago to now running the show as GM, he’s always been a huge part of the gym. You can catch him coaching semis, training clients, teaching boxing or even just holding everything together.😅

Watching his journey from intern to leadership has been really special, and we’re lucky to have him as such a huge part of the family.

SOUND THE ALARMS 🚨 IT’S STEPHANIES BIRTHDAYYYY 🥳🎉💃

If you’ve ever taken one of her classes, then you already know… the energy is HIGH, the music is loud, and there’s a solid chance she showed up in an outfit better than everyone else’s 😮‍💨✨

She brings the fun everywhere she goes — dancing between rounds, hyping up the room, and making every class feel like a party while still making sure you get WORK 💪😅

We’re so lucky to have someone who brings so much personality, confidence, and chaos (the good kind 😂) to the community. We hope this next year is full of big wins, good vibes, and plenty more dance breaks 🪩
