Please make sure you understand our return/exchange policy that is clearly stated on our invoices. I have been a little lax with returns, cancelled orders and people changing their mind, and as our business is growing (THANK YOU!) we have to make sure we are following these policies to protect us, you and our customers who are faithful about paying, picking up and letting us know about issues righ
t away. SHOPPING POLICIES (PLEASE INITIAL AFTER YOU HAVE READ THEM!)
*Prices never change. If I am showing an item that is not $5, like the $25 Zi Collection or the $1 Starlet Shimmer Line, they will be shown separately and will be well identified.
*Shipping is a flat $4 unless your invoice is over $100 or you are a first time shopper, then it's FREE!
*If you have never shopped before, please send me a message with your email address right away.
*Invoices are sent every Saturday. You can request your invoice sooner if you would like your items sooner. We only ship once a week to allow you to pay only 1 shipping charge.
*Invoices are due upon receipt, but will be cancelled after 48 hours of non-payment. If you have a special circumstance, or believe there is a mistake on your invoice, please let me know before paying, and right away.
*If you have 2 cancelled orders, you will be invoiced immediately after each party. Removing pieces from your order, invoices cancelled for non-payment and requesting a cancellation are all considered a cancelled order. Anyone who cancels chronically will be removed/banned.
*If you live in the local area, you can choose to do porch pick up. Porch pick up policies are as follows...
*You must still send me your email address in case plans change and I need to invoice you.
*You must alert me by Friday that you plan on doing porch pick up.
*Your order will be ready for pick up by noon on Monday . If you haven't picked up by Wednesday, your items will be brought back inside. You will then be invoiced for the items, to include a shipping charge. You will then have 24 hours to pay your invoice, if it's not paid, it will be cancelled. If you need to make special arrangements, please alert me!
*If you have 2 cancelled pick up orders, you will only be invoiced.
*Please only take your labeled package. If you remove someone else's, the police will be notified.
*Contest rules are always clearly stated, are up to my discretion, and can be cancelled/changed at any time.
*Kindness is ALWAYS expected in our community, if you aren't kind, you will be removed/banned.
