We’re looking for a Customer Care Associate / Sales Support to join us at Diadem Jewelers!
What you’ll do:
• Help customers in-store, over the phone, and via text/email
• Assist with jewelry repairs & special orders
• Support sales and learn the ins & outs of fine jewelry
• Keep our store sparkling and organized
Experience:
Not required—but definitely a plus! We’re happy to train the right person who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
