I opened up my Etsy shop page today to find messages from customers looking to buy again from me. 😢 I realized I had never posted on here about an official announcement about my business closing so here it goes… ❤️

I want to thank all of my customers from the bottom of my heart. I have had the privilege of making thousands of memorial keepsakes for you for the past 13 years. I was able to to honor the life of my son, Carter, through my work- what a wonderful gift God placed before me when He gave me the idea in 2010 to start creating jewelry to help other grieving moms through devastating loss. Not only did he give me the ability to learn how to do that, start a website and begin a business, He gave me a very successful business that I put my whole heart into that helped to support my family. I will be forever grateful for that. God led me in another direction to go back to teaching and with a bittersweet heart it is time to announce the closing of Metal Stamped Memories.

I’m very excited about the path God is leading me down with this engraver. I have successfully figured out how to engrave on concrete. Here are a few of my new Memory Stones! Garden stones are personalized and measure 6x9 or 6x6. The concrete stone is engraved, painted and sealed so they are made to last. If you’re local and would like to order, save $10 by picking up your stone (just message me). Otherwise these are available in my shop. ❤️

It’s no secret that small businesses have been struggling the last few years. I’ve been using this time to learn how to use a laser engraver and bring new keepsakes to my shop. I’m very excited about this as the possiblilities are pretty endless. Here are a few of the engraved memorial signs that I’ve been working on. Signs can be personalized (phrase can be changed and add a name and dates). They measure 12 inches and are made of birch, stained and sealed. I specialize in personalized memorial jewelry for the loss of a baby, but also make many necklaces remembering children, parents and other loved ones. I also create keepsake boxes in many sizes and colors (weddings, anniversaries, photo storage boxes) and memorial lanterns. My pieces are meant to bring comfort and healing to mothers, fathers, grandparents, and siblings.
