The Milwaukee Bead show is a regional bead event, bringing you the best in beads and beading supplies.

Established in 1996, we have two shows a year, with vendors from Wisconsin and the surrounding states.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW. Meet LBS, The Loose Bead Society of Greater Milwaukee. The Loose Bead Society is dedicated to promoting and perpetuating the jewelry arts through educational and social events, public awareness and public service. Membership in the Loose Bead Society is open to anyone who is obsessed with beading.....or wirework, lamp work, silver clay, fibers or polymer clay. We string beads and weave beads; crochet, embroider, and knit them; we follow instructions and break rules (along with a few needles). Our members range from beginners to nationally known designers and teachers.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW. Meet Sara owner of C-Koop Beads. Way back in the 70’s my parents gave me an enameling kiln. I thought it was too much work using the kiln. There was an article in a craft magazine about torch firing instead of the kiln. Well I grabbed my dad’s propane torch and gave it a try……..I fell in love with the process! It wasn’t until 1999 that I started C-Koop Beads out in the chicken coop. I have been doing trade shows and teaching how to enamel across the US.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW - Meet Tammy Rae Wolter (and hubby Rick), owner of A Touch of Glass. Congratulations on the 30th anniversary of the Milwaukee Bead Show!
Tammy and Rick don’t go back quite all 30 years, but they’ve honestly lost track of how many fun trips they’ve made down for the show. It’s one they look forward to every year. Having lived in the Milwaukee area for nearly 30 years, returning always feels a little like coming home. There are familiar faces, hugs with old friends, and wonderful conversations with people who have been part of Tammy’s creative journey for decades. This year, Tammy hopes to bring even more of her glasswork, along with unique chain, silk ribbons, special findings, and plenty of other creative treasures. Be sure to stop by and say hello to Tammy and Rick, and help celebrate 30 years of this wonderful show!

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW. Julie Hoppe of MT Nest Crafter started taking a class or workshop once a month after her children all grew up and moved out of the house. The classes included everything from blacksmithing to gourd embellishing to pole exercise!! After several classes that involved glass or fire, she started focusing her learning on flameworking. Since then, she has taken many flameworking workshops, and has spent several weeks in intensive flameworking classes at both Penland School of Craft and Snow Farm Craft School. She recently opened a studio in The Springs in Waukesha, where you can visit and see demonstrations during the Waukesha Art Crawl events.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW - Meet Laurel, owner of Laurel Moon Beads. Laurel began making jewelry on a whim in late 1997 and soon fell in love with the marvelous world of beading. Eventually she began selling beads online in 2003 and shared her love of beads by curating beautiful semiprecious stones and unique and unusual findings, as well as selling closeout beads at great prices.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW - Meet Paulette of KamDix. Her beading venture and love of beads began under the teachings of Alice Korach, the founding Editor of Bead & Button Magazine, when she worked at Kalmbach Publishing Company. From learning basic stringing and wire work, she went on to do more bead stitching and bead embroidery and every so often wire wrapping. She worked on the staff of BeadStyle Magazine from the premier issue to 2005. During that time she had many designs published in BeadStyle, a few in Bead & Button, and taught Beginning Beading at the Bead & Button Show. She left the magazine to open her bead store, Bead Needs in Hales Corners. Unfortunately, it was necessary to close the store in 2008 and enter the work force. After working for 14 years as an Office Manager at a local hearing aid facility, she is now retired and focusing more on designing jewelry bead patterns, designing ready made, and teaching beading on request. Aside from all her beading endeavors, she and her husband love to travel to as many Caribbean islands as they can, (yes, she still despises winters), enjoy road trips in their Jeep, and planning their next get away.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW - Cecelia Krawczyk's beadwork will be represented by her daughter Karen. Make sure to stop by her booth to view these extraordinary pieces, and purchase a piece of Wisconsin Native beadwork. Cecelia was a curator in the educational department at the Milwaukee Public Museum and a member of the Wisconsin Arts Board, ARTISTS in residency program. Cecelia exhibited her beadwork at museums, the Wisconsin State Fair, Indian Summer, Retzner and Wehr Nature centers. Cecelia was a member of the Oneida Tribe of Wisconsin and her beadwork mirrors that of the Plains Woodland tribes. She used a heddle loom and size 11°, 12° and 13° Czechoslovakian seed beads. Cecelia's beadwork is made with high standards of quality and authenticity.

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW - Meet Jessica owner of Sparkling Creations. Jessica has been making beaded jewelry for roughly 23 years. In 2020 she fell in love with pour painting but wondered what to do with all the extra paint that is pushed off the canvas. After some trial and error, she began making smaller paintings that can be peeled up, cut, and placed into various bezel components. "The hardest part of the process is letting go of the reins and allowing the painting to do what it wants." In addition to jewelry making, she loves raising butterflies, fitness, cooking, her cats and traveling with her hubby. See less

GET TO KNOW OUR VENDORS for the 2026 FALL MILWAUKEE BEAD SHOW - Meet DENISE ANTON WRIGHT OF SALVE REGINA TCHOTCHKES
"I started creating jewelry over twenty years ago as a way of coping with the stress of juggling a demanding full-time job with being a wife, a mother, and a daughter of aging parents. Aided by taking a variety of excellent workshops and classes throughout southern Wisconsin, my skills and knowledge grew to the point where I felt comfortable selling my work. I've been especially drawn to working with jewelry-grade resin (I use it in all my domino earrings, pendants & charms), macramé, and wire bead crochet. Since 2012 I've been selling my jewelry creations at in-person shows and - since 2016 - on my Etsy Shop. The name of my jewelry business is Salve Regina Tchotchkes; it's a mixture of Latin & Yiddish that roughly translates to: "Our Lady's shiny objects with no real purpose."
