I recently had someone place a special order for 6 different hair clip designs! I took the time to make them, got everything ready, and unfortunately… 👻 GHOSTED!

No deposit. No response. Just me and six adorable hair clips staring at each other. (Thankfully the other 2 are popular!)

Now, I absolutely LOVE making special orders for my customers, but please remember that when you place an order with a small business, someone is investing their time, materials, and money into creating something just for YOU.

If you change your mind, that’s okay! Life happens! Just COMMUNICATE. Please don’t leave a small business owner hanging.
