We have roamed all over Europe getting inspired by the art and crafts in many museums. We shopped for beads and jewels

at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul and watched the Sufis dance at their traditional rituals. We traveled with the Tuareg Nomads into the Sahara Desert and shared mint tea and songs with them under the stars. We have made a connection with the Hill Tribes of Thailand and support them in their traditional silver-work. We love climbing mountains here at our home in the Pacific North-West as well as in the Himalayas where we have made many friends among Nepali as well as the Sherpa people. These adventures and friendships spanning across the globe have filled our lives with rich experiences as well as taught us that people, in spite of their cultural differences, are at heart very much alike;longing for love and beauty. With our work we like to support these fellow artists as well as create pieces that evoke a somewhat mystical connection with something magical within.

Such a great time at the Sunshine Mill Winery in The Dalles yesterday…Natasha bought a great assortment of our statement piece bestselling earrings as well as a selection of handcrafted artisan rings and bracelets from our recent travels to Nepal and Turkey …and lots of new colors of beaded bracelets from our charity project in the Kathmandu Valley…they started carrying our line last year and it’s sold great…even yesterday as we were picking out the assortment several women stopped by saying these are their favorite earrings … what a wonderful compliment and it puts joy into my heart …
The winery is such a gorgeous space .. housed in one of Oregon’s oldest Flour Mills with much of the antique equipment still in place…they do an amazing job with the interior design … warm and welcoming …and the selection of gift items is displayed with so much love for detail …it’s a great event venue as well with wedding season coming right up…and a casual place to get-together with friends …
Stop by, check it out, have a glass of wine or a bite to eat and browse MysticNomad’s treasures …😊💗✨
