Stuffed acorn squash for my lunches this week. The acorn squash is stuffed with maple sausage, spinach, and cranberries. Seasoned with onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top and drizzled maple syrup on top.

Amazonite bracelet I made this morning. I used memory wire instead of elastic thread. I need to put a clasp on it because it doesn't completely wrap around the wrist.

Well, we tried this today. Lol. About 100 feet and we switched from the snow shoes to crampons. A beautiful day hiking in the snow around Moreau Lake State Park.
