She came in for a simple rhodium dip. She left with rings that were saved before it was too late.

Gayle originally visited us to have her wedding ring rhodium dipped, a routine service to restore its bright white shine.

But during our inspection, we noticed something she couldn't see at first glance.

Her anniversary bands had developed fractures that could have become much bigger problems if left untreated.

Instead of simply completing the rhodium dip, we walked her through the repairs, explained the process, and made sure her rings were restored the right way.

Just 1.5 weeks later, her rings were back where they belonged, looking refreshed, repaired, and ready to be worn every day again.
