Before there was Vintage Revival, there was clay. ❤️

WearEvers began with me sitting down at my work table, playing with color, texture and whatever happened to be living in my imagination that day. Handmade jewelry is where I started as an artist—and even as my love for vintage has grown into such a huge part of WearEvers, I still LOVE coming back to creating something completely from scratch.

It’s a different kind of creative joy. Vintage lets me uncover and reimagine the past. Handmade lets me make something that didn’t exist before.

And this is the first fall Handmade Studio drop of 2026! 🍁

For this collection, I wanted colors that could live in that magical in-between season: still a little bright and playful from summer, but creeping into the richer greens, golds, reds, black and earthy tones of fall.

And apparently my imagination said ghosts, spiders, snakes, moths, pumpkins, florals, skulls and other tiny weird things. 😂👻🕷️🐍🌙

Every piece is individually made by me using clay + stainless steel, and just like always:

I don’t always give market organizer reviews but when I do it’s for Pop-Up Markets + Events - this is not paid for (we’re small business after all, who can afford that 🙃) I’ve been attending events with Pop-Up Markets + Events & selling in their stores Curate at Crabtree & Curate Downtown Raleigh for 3 years now and they have been instrumental in WearEvers growth - and organic growth at that. I know when I sign up for their events, it is going to be well planned and executed. My sales are consistent at all locations because of their expertise in marketing and advocating for local artists. 🖤✨ VINTAGE VAULT THURSDAY ✨🖤

These vintage stunners were made for golden hour.

This week’s Vault is all about BLACK + GOLD — dramatic, glamorous, a little mysterious, and somehow even better when the sunlight hits them just right. 🌅

Black and gold has been a power pairing in jewelry for centuries. Black enamel, glass, onyx, jet and dark stones were especially popular at different points throughout the Victorian era, Art Deco period and mid-century, often paired with warm gold tones to create that striking contrast. By the 1980s, bold black-and-gold jewelry had another major moment — bigger shapes, geometric designs and unapologetic glamour. 🖤

And THIS is exactly why I love vintage: one color combination, interpreted completely differently across decades.

This little handful spans styles, eras and price points — rings, earrings, bracelets and more — and they’re currently available before I distribute them out to WearEvers retail locations!

A BIG CHANGE IS COMING TO WEAREVERS ✨

When I launched the Vintage Revival Collection a year ago, I knew I wanted WearEvers to be more than a place that simply resells vintage jewelry.

Every piece I choose has to feel like WearEvers. And once I find it, the research begins.

I’ve spent countless hours studying eras, materials, craftsmanship and jewelry history—and documenting the repairs and transformations I make along the way.

Because the story matters.

There’s a big difference between saying, “That’s a pretty ring,” and discovering that the ring you’re wearing actually began its life as a brooch in the 1930s.

That’s the kind of connection to vintage I want WearEvers to create.

But there’s another part of this story: you’ve helped this little business grow. A LOT.

Just one year into Vintage Revival, the response has been incredible. And because WearEvers is one person behind the scenes—curator, artist, researcher, photographer, inventory manager, marketer, store restocker and about 47 other job titles—I have to evolve with it.

I want more of my time to go toward what I love most: finding forgotten treasures, creating, repairing and reviving vintage jewelry into pieces you’ll wear today.

But I’m NOT giving up the stories.

I’m changing how you discover them.

Well… this vintage haul just got a little more interesting. 👀🔑

I buy a lot of old jewelry, boxes, forgotten odds & ends and miscellaneous treasures — so at this point, very little surprises me.

And then I opened this box.

I present to you: vintage garter belt clips.
Lots of them.
Clearly well loved. 😏

But nestled among them?

A HOTEL ROOM KEY.

Ma’am.

MA’AM. 😂

I have absolutely no idea whether these things are related… but I also have absolutely no interest in ruining the story by finding out.

Sometimes vintage collecting gives you beautiful jewelry. Sometimes it gives you a tiny, scandalous little mystery from somebody else’s life.

And frankly, this is why I love old things. They had entire lives before they found their way to me — and every once in a while, they arrive with receipts. 🔑💋
